Book: In Search of Love
Author: Piyushi Dhir
Genre: Romance Fiction
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐/5
Dear readers, if you’re someone who enjoys light-hearted romance novels with relatable characters and simple storytelling, In Search of Love by Piyushi Dhir makes for a pleasant weekend read.
I picked up this book expecting an easy romantic story and found myself enjoying not just the plot but also the author’s writing style. There is a simplicity in the narration that makes the story feel warm and approachable, allowing readers to connect with the characters effortlessly.
One of the things I particularly enjoyed was the way emotions were expressed throughout the book. Some passages linger with you long after you’ve finished reading. For example:
“In a solitary planet, all on his own
Dark and dim, prefers to be alone…
Yet there’s a girl, whose company he doesn’t mind…”
The story explores love, companionship, and relationships in a way that feels relatable rather than overly dramatic. Another memorable moment in the book is when the female lead describes her likes through a poem. The simplicity of the words and the affection behind them make it one of the most charming sections of the novel.

This isn’t a heavy or emotionally draining novel. It’s the kind of book you can enjoy with a cup of tea on a quiet Sunday morning.
